Our manufacturing facility has been developed over 35 years to meet our customers exacting standards.
It includes Double blow hot forging presses, CNC turning and milling lathes plus grinding and thread rolling machines.
Heat treatment is performed on-site to guarantee total control of the highest standard from raw material to finished product and ensure full batch traceability.
Parts can be manufactured in a variety of alloys as well as brass, aluminium, titanium and a range of other exotic materials. A comprehensive range of surface treatments are available including Zinc, Geomet, Dacromet, Delta, Galvanized and Xylan - for whenever applications require improved corrosion resistance Full traceability is preserved throughout the sub contract process, with all relevant documentation retained on file. Theadlocking is a vital part of many customer requirements. We are able to supply a variety of thread locking solutions including Tuflok®, Patlok®, Anulok®. Eslok® and Wedgelok®.

MANUFACTURING CAPABILITY
Recent investment of a vertical machining centre ( VMC) has increased our manufacturing capability.
The purchase of a DUGARD EAGLE 760 now enables us to precision machine and mill complex head and recess shapes. The 16-station carousel type magazine features bi-directional random tool selection for efficient tool changes.
The set-up capabilities of both the VMC and our range of CNC lathes have been further enhanced by the recent introduction of a CAD/CAM computer programmes whereby process settings can be developed from the customers CAD drawings. This capability not only assists the setter in best method practices and tooling choice but also provides a visual process simulation to assist fine tuning of the CNC setting operation.
